Warranty: International or warranty in Sri Lanka is available if and only if it is written under item description.

Methods of payment: We accept payments through PayPal or bank wire transfer to Japan.

Shipping charges: Prices includes shipping cost to Sri Lanka. 

Method of shipment: By EMS or SAL courier services.

Insurance: All items are insured during shipping. 

Time taken to arrive in Sri Lanka: About 2 weeks from the date of shipment. Items are shipped immediately after payment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: These items may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by Sri Lanka customs when shipped to Sri Lanka. The recipient of may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches Sri Lanka. Such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict amount payable. When customs clearance procedures are required in Sri Lanka, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
